Appointment Type Information

Initial Naturopathic Visit
  • Your first appointment (60 to 90 mins) is an opportunity for us to have an indepth discussion  for me to find out all about you (your health concerns, your health history, your lifestyle, your stressors, etc). I will make recommendations after your first appointment, but often a complete treatment plan is provided at your second appointment. A tailored physical exam will also take place during this visit. In order to have to most effective visit, please completely fill out the intake form online and see what other items to bring (see below).

Follow Up Naturopathic Visits
  • After the initial consultation, you will have follow up visits ranging from 60 mintues to 15 mintues (depending on your personal case). Just like your car requires maintenance care, so does your body in order to

function optimally. Follow-up visits are designed to track progress, make adjusts where needed and where new imbalances can be discussed.

Naturopathic Acupuncture Visits
  • These visits are specifically for those patients who need frequent acupuncture treatments. Often acupuncture is the most effective when a person recieves a treatment once or twice a week at the beginning of treatment. A patient must have had an initial consulation prior to one of these visits.
